PODCAST: In Search of a Second Earth / Auf Der Suche Nach Einer Zweiten Erde

Is there a second Earth? And if so, where? And could we live there one day?

This Saturday, the podcast Quantensprung von der NZZ will be a guest at wow² Space – Mensch und All an der ETH Zürich. Moderator Lena Carla Waltle discusses with ETH researchers Maria Schönbächler and Sascha P. Quanz.

Who are the guests? Prof. Dr. Maria Schönbächler is a professor at the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at ETH Zurich and conducts research on the formation of the solar system and planets. Prof. Dr. Sascha Quanz is Principal Investigator of the LIFE Space Mission and heads the Exoplanets and Habitability research group at ETH Zurich.

And why is it worth being there for the recording? Because you can experience a podcast up close: live in the lecture hall, when Schönbächler and Quanz together span the arc from the formation of our solar system to the search for a second Earth.

So many questions, but the answers are live in the lecture hall!
