Hi Keith,

The stormfront hit early this morning and we were outside checking tent lines and gear by 2 am. Right now we have winds gusting 50 to 60 mph as measured by my Kestrel handheld anemometer.

Hopefully the winds will not increase but will slacken later in the day but we will see what we are served up! In the meantime we will be outside frequently monitoring the camp infrastructure or inside enjoying the warmth!

All for now from a very windy camp in the mountains of Antarctica!
