This morning I woke up rather sore and stiff. But it was the kind of sore and stiff that goes away with some Advil, a big breakfast, and movement.

My early bedtime resulted in a long, much needed sleep. I was up early and we were able to get started an hour earlier than had been the plan.

Today I head for Lukla and then trek to Pakding. A long day lies before me.
