Life Detection Knowledge Base (LDKB)

Life Detection Knowledge Base (LDKB) is an online, community owned resource to provide knowledge and support discourse about the detection of signs of life.

These signs, known as biosignatures, consist of substances, structures, patterns, or processes that indicate the current or former presence of life.

In LDKB, information is presented according to arguments that support or contradict the value of a given biosignature as a sign of life, all organized according to criteria and supported by evidence drawn from scientific literature.

Registered users can contribute knowledge to LDKB
