Educator Workshop – Europa Clipper Mission

When: Saturday, Aug. 17, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. PDT (1 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT)

Where: In-person and online (link will be provided to registered virtual participants)

Target Audience: Educators for grades 4-12

Overview: This workshop for educators will take place at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, and online. It will highlight NASA’s Europa Clipper mission. Europa Clipper is a spacecraft launching to Jupiter’s icy moon, Europa, to determine whether there are places below the surface of the moon that could support life. We will hear from mission scientists and learn how you can incorporate the science and engineering of this mission into your classroom with NGSS-aligned lessons. Participation is limited, so register today!
