Keith,

We arrived in Antarctica Wednesday afternoon at Novolazarevskaya Station aka Novo Station and have since been preparing for the 125 km traverse to Lake Untersee.

I am hoping we can depart Sunday or Monday but we will see how it goes. Thus far the weather has been remarkably nice with only a few bouts of winds @ 15 knots or so.

Once we start out on the traverse I will send a link via my Garmin InReach which will provide the tracking data as we move towards Untersee.

We had a long day today pulling out gear from storage and organizing/packing the traverse sleds we will use for transport to Untersee. Tomorrow we will complete our preparations, get a good rest and Monday morning we will set out for Untersee around 7am if the weather is ok. So all is going well! More tomorrow, time for dinner!
