Dale Andersen's Antarctic Field Report 27 November 2013

The weather today was quite nice. While a bit windy, it was sunny all day which was a nice change of pace.

We completed the dive hole this afternoon, and hopefully the day after tomorrow we will go swimming beneath the 3.6 meter ice cover of Lake Obersee. But first we need to get the diving compressor operational, fill tanks, and prepare other diving and science gear.

Warm regards from a cool and snowy Antarctica!
