By Keith Cowing
October 1, 2007

The Gordon Research Conference on Protein Cofactors, Radicals, and Quinones will be held January 20 – 25, 2008, in Ventura, California. The conference will include sessions focusing on biological iron-sulfur clusters, enzymatic radical reactions including both radical SAM and B12 enzymes, and the biosynthesis of complex metal clusters such as those in hydrogenase and nitrogenase. Detailed conference information is available at http://www.grc.org/programs.aspx?year=2008&program=proteinco. The NAI is providing partial support for registration fees and travel for students and postdoctoral researchers. For further information, contact Joan Broderick at [email protected].
