ROSES-25 Amendment 20: Exoplanets Research Program Step-1 Due Date Deferred to December 3, 2025
The Exoplanets Research Program (XRP), element F.3 of ROSES-25, solicits basic research proposals to conduct scientific investigations that significantly improve our understanding of exoplanets and exoplanet formation.
This program element is cross-divisional and jointly managed by three of the Divisions within NASA’s Science Mission Directorate: Astrophysics, Planetary Science, and Heliophysics. Proposed investigations that combine multiple scientific disciplines or cross traditional Divisional science boundaries, for example, by including topics or analysis techniques from Heliophysics, are highly encouraged.
ROSES-2025 Amendment 20 defers the Step-1 due date for F.3 XRP to December 3, 2025.
On or about November 18, 2025, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement “Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2025” (NNH25ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at https://solicitation.nasaprs.com/ROSES2025 and will appear on SARA’s ROSES blog at: https://science.nasa.gov/researchers/solicitations/roses-2025/
