Dale Andersen's Antarctic Field Report 14 December 2013

The Everest tracked vehicle is here with a nice large sled in the back and a cabin attached.

We should be able to get the entire camp loaded onto it – half is on now, we take down the three tents and pack the remaining gear tomorrow after breakfast. Hope to be back at Novo by tomorrow afternoon if all goes well.

The weather is not particularly great right now, but its ok – overcast, windy and with some blowing snow, but it should improve tomorrow if the forecast is right.  A cool six to eight hour ride tomorrow for us on the snowmobiles but its always interesting and fun!
